Each piece from the Jaipur Rose collection is handcrafted by artisans in India. Each piece is handmade and slight variations between pieces are to be expected and celebrated. We recommend keeping the jewelry away from any moisture including cosmetics and perfumes. Please wipe all jewelry clean after wear with a dry jewelry cloth and store in the accompanying jewelry pouch.
Our jewelry is quality checked before it leaves our showroom. If for some reason you receive your jewelry broken or damaged please contact us so that we can assist your further.
All returns must be initiated within 7 days after delivery and received 7 days after a return is requested. Returned items must be in unworn, undamaged condition and in the original packaging in order for a return to be processed. To begin a return please email us at email@example.com
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping charges cannot be refunded and the customer is responsible for return shipment costs. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account after we place a refund.
If you have received an item from Jaipur Rose as a gift, you can return it as long as it is in unworn and undamaged condition and in the original packaging in exchange for store credit, which will be sent to you in the form of a code. If you use the store credit to place a new order, please note that you will be required to pay the difference if your purchase price exceeds the amount of your store credit.
